The Totara 133 allows for flexibility and adaptability, whether it is affordable housing, a cosy bach, a granny flat, worker accommodation, an office, or a guest house. It is a smart way to maximise your resources and provide solutions for different requirements.

- Outside Wall Heights: Rear wall 2.8m | Front wall 3.25m.
- Internal Wall Heights: High (front wall) 2.4m | Low (back wall) 2.2m
Cladding Types:
- Fibre Cement Duraplank: Combinations of smooth Durasheet wall panelling with a batten finish (optional), horizontal or vertical Duragroove or change out to a horizontal Stratum Duo groove
- Heritage Vinyl cladding: Vinyl cladding with a weatherboard look, available in 3 colours with a complementing collection of trims to ensure long-lasting results that are visually appealing. Light flexible and extremely tough.
- Colorsteel: Pre-painted corrugated profile vertical wall cladding - Pre-painted interlocking architecturally designed vertical feature front wall cladding
