The TITOKI S15 cabin with 3 types of cladding to choose from can be supplied fully constructed or as a flatpack.

With 15m2 of floor space, the Titoki doesn't swallow up too much garden space in your backyard.


Remove the kitchen to reduce costs and make it a simple warm sleepout and no council building consent will be required.

Wall Heights:

  • Outside Wall Heights: Rear wall 2.8m | Front wall 3.25m. 
  • Internal Wall Heights: High (front wall) 2.4m | Low (back wall) 2.2m


Cladding Types:

  • Colorsteel: Pre-painted corrugated profile vertical wall cladding - Pre-painted interlocking architecturally designed vertical feature front wall cladding 
  • Fibre Cement Duraplank: Combinations of  smooth Durasheet wall panelling with a batten finish (optional),  horizontal or vertical Duragroove or change out to a horizontal Stratum Duo groove
  • Heritage Vinyl cladding:  Vinyl cladding with a weatherboard look, available in 3 colours with a complementing collection of trims to ensure long-lasting results that are visually appealing. Light flexible and extremely tough.

Upgrades, delivery to site, council fees, site excavation, foundations or site services can alter slightly
dependent on construction yard overheads in each region.
Pricing is valid until 31/10/23 provided your Building Consent has been lodged before that date to meet these prices.

All our Tiny Homes are NZ Building Code Compliant and come with a Code Compliance Certificate (CCC)

which confirms the work done complies with the approved building consent.

The process is to lodge an OFF SITE Building Consent application prior to construction commencing,

once approved construction can commence.

NO completed Tiny Homes leave our construction yard/s without a CCC. 

The cost of an OFF Site building consent application and CCC certificate varies across the country/regions with a range 

from $4,000 to $6,000 and is based on the value of the Tiny Home. Contact us for pricing in your area.
