The POHUTUKAWA 388 Tiny Home is the largest of our Footprint designs.

This is our clip-on model, giving you the option to build in two stages which in some cases helps with your budget, and allows you to future-proof your home and future family.

 

We can build and transport this tiny home in two sections.

 

This home has three spacious double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The two bedrooms with adjoining bathroom can be modified to suit your requirements, i.e. remove the bathroom and add extra storage or utilise the space for an office .... the choice is yours. Maintenance-free, meaning, NO painting, just the occasional wash down.

Outside Wall Heights: Rear wall 2.8m | Front wall 3.25m. 
Internal Wall Heights: High (front wall) 2.4m | Low (back wall) 2.2m

 

Cladding Types:

  • Fibre Cement Duraplank: Combinations of  smooth Durasheet wall panelling with a batten finish (optional),  horizontal or vertical Duragroove or change out to a horizontal Stratum Duo groove
  • Heritage Vinyl cladding:  Vinyl cladding with a weatherboard look, available in 3 colours with a complementing collection of trims to ensure long-lasting results that are visually appealing. Light flexible and extremely tough.
  • Colorsteel: Pre-painted corrugated profile vertical wall cladding - Pre-painted interlocking architecturally designed vertical feature front wall cladding
