The NIKAU 233 Tiny Home has been designed for those families wanting straight forward accommodation space and consists of two double bedrooms both capable of containing a queen or king sized bed.
This tiny home features a central bathroom accessed off the living area and includes a kitchenette.
The Nikau is well designed and meets with the NZ Building Code for a 30m2 non-consented home, even though it has an overall floor area of 33m2. This additional floor space represents a 9% increase in overall floor area.

All our Tiny Homes are NZ Building Code Compliant and come with a Code Compliance Certificate (CCC)
which confirms the work done complies with the approved building consent.
The process is to lodge an OFF SITE Building Consent application prior to construction commencing,
once approved construction can commence.
NO completed Tiny Homes leave our construction yard/s without a CCC.
The cost of an OFF Site building consent application and CCC certificate varies across the country/regions with a range
from $4,000 to $6,000 and is based on the value of the Tiny Home. Contact us for pricing in your area.
