The MIRO 133 is the next level of specification up from the Totara 133.

 

The Miro 133 is well designed & meets the NZ Building Code for a 30m2 non-consented Tiny Home even though it has an overall floor area of 33m2. Talk to us to explain further. This additional floor space represents a 9% increase in overall floor area over most of the competitors cabins.

Wall Heights:

  • Outside Wall Heights: Rear wall 2.8m | Front wall 3.25m. 
  • Internal Wall Heights: High (front wall) 2.4m | Low (back wall) 2.2m

 

Cladding Types:

  • Fibre Cement Duraplank: Combinations of  smooth Durasheet wall panelling with a batten finish (optional),  horizontal or vertical Duragroove or change out to a horizontal Stratum Duo groove
  • Heritage Vinyl cladding:  Vinyl cladding with a weatherboard look, available in 3 colours with a complementing collection of trims to ensure long-lasting results that are visually appealing. Light flexible and extremely tough.
  • Colorsteel: Pre-painted corrugated profile vertical wall cladding - Pre-painted interlocking architecturally designed vertical feature front wall cladding
