Our three bedroom MAMAKU 350 Tiny Home has 3 types of cladding for you to choose from. We can supply this unit fully constructed or as a flatpack for a licensed builder to construct.

- Colorsteel: Pre-painted corrugated profile vertical wall cladding - Pre-painted interlocking architecturally designed vertical feature front wall cladding
- Fibre Cement Duraplank: Combinations of smooth Durasheet wall panelling with a batten finish (optional), horizontal or vertical Duragroove or change out to a horizontal Stratum Duo groove
- Heritage Vinyl Cladding: Vinyl cladding with a weatherboard look, available in 3 colours with a complementing collection of trims to ensure long-lasting results that are visually appealing. Light flexible and extremely tough.

Carpenter
Project manage the entire construction → Provide all labour to construct the tiny home → Fit all roof and wall cladding → Provide contractors all risk insurance cover → Licensed Building Practitioner signoff
Plumber
Prepipe and fitoff → Run waste pipes to underside of the joists → 26 litre gas califont → 1 x external hose tap → Restricted work sign-off
All our Tiny Homes are NZ Building Code Compliant and come with a Code Compliance Certificate (CCC)
which confirms the work done complies with the approved building consent.
The process is to lodge an OFF SITE Building Consent application prior to construction commencing,
once approved construction can commence.
NO completed Tiny Homes leave our construction yard/s without a CCC.
The cost of an OFF Site building consent application and CCC certificate varies across the country/regions with a range
from $4,000 to $6,000 and is based on the value of the Tiny Home. Contact us for pricing in your area.
