I support the project management team overseeing administrative tasks, communicating with stakeholders and ensuring resource availability for the project team.
I am responsible ordering and collating of supplies to site and ensuring the right product get delivered on time.
I coordinate and interact with many individuals throughout the life cycle of a project, such as project managers, stakeholders and of course, the project team. I am also involved in administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as managing invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports, among other financial documents the correspond with a project.
I assign tasks to our team members and help them understand what’s expected from them in terms of project milestones and deliverables
