Floor size: 33m2
Our KARAKA 233 Tiny Home recognises the need for a compact 2 bedroom tiny home.
The Karaka 233 is well designed and meets the NZ Building Code for a 30m2 non-consented home even though it has an overall floor area of 33m2. Talk to your consultant to find out how this works.
The extra bedroom can either be used as an office/study or a single room, which when fitted with bunk beds will easily accommodate two children. This makes the Karaka 30 a four person family tiny home, representing exceptional value for money when compared to the cost of the larger 2 bedroom tiny homes.
