I feel privileged to be a co Director of FOOTPRINTHOMES NZ Limited along with Deb, having a great admin team and running a well oiled machine which we are constantly striving to improve as business ramps up.
I have almost 50 years experience in the NZ residential building scene so there isn’t much I havnt seen. The current economy frightens me with so many of our opposition going to the wall and taking good clients down with them. This is totally unjustified and very unprofessional in our opinion, back to the wild west COWBOY days that our industry sees whenever there is a boom.
We operate a slightly different business model to most others which includes payment guarantees and protection for clients money.
On a personal front Im a passionate born and bred Northlander which you cant take away from me, my spare time is taken up supporting my local Rugby club in winter, caravanning in the summer with family and friends and spending time with my wife, family and grandchildren. We have worked together for the last 20 years, so I cant be that hard to put up with…..
