Painter
Complete exterior and interior paint, 3 coats of acrylic paint to all wall and ceiling linings, doors and finishing lines. NB: Max 2 colours.
Electrician
Prewire and fit-off → Internal sub board and fuses → Recessed interior downlights & external lights → Fit double and single power points → Smoke/gas alarms → Stove wiring → Rangehood and duct install - labour → 1 x Inwall bathroom fan → Electrical certification sign-off.
Optional Extras - (POA)

OFF Site Building Consent and CCC
An allowance is included to cover these costs, including council construction inspections.
Delivery/Foundations
An allowance is included to partially cover these costs, with the balance being paid by the client.

ON Site Building Consent fees, site excavation/access, site services or the balance of delivery/foundations costs.
Pricing is valid until 30/11/23 and can alter slightly dependent on construction yard overheads in each region.
CODE COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATE (CCC)
All our Habitat Housing homes are available ex-yard and come with a Building Consent (for the house only)
which includes a Code Compliance Certificate (CCC).
This confirms that the work done complies with the approved Building Consent.
