Pods and Lockable Shells

Let us explain what we mean by a Lockable Shell, Pod, Kitset, or Flatpack option.
A lockable shell/pod means we complete all the hard parts of the build for you, including the engineering, structure, exterior cladding, roofing, windows, and making the home fully code-compliant and weather-tight. This gives handy homeowners, builders, or tradespeople the easier part to complete themselves available in Flatpack Kitset or Constructed. We have supplied lockable shells to everyone from boat builders and licensed builders through to owner-builders wanting to save money by completing some or all of the internal work themselves. It can be as simple as a basic sleepout, office, hobby room, or utility space, right through to a fully completed home.
The great thing is you can choose how far you would like us to go with the build. For example:
  • Flatpack/Kitset material supply only
  • Lockable shell only
  • Insulation and lining completed
  • Wired and plumbed ready for fit-off
  • Finished internally but without kitchen or bathroom fittings
  • Supply-only kits for you to complete yourself
  • Sleepout, office, utility, or out-house style setups
We can also work around how you want the home delivered or constructed:
