Our Classic Range features homes built on a standard 4,050mm width platform, with a variety of lengths and layouts available. These designs can be customised and adapted to suit your lifestyle, budget, and project requirements.
Pods and Lockable Shells
Based on our Classic Range designs, our Pods and Lockable Shell options provide flexibility for those wanting to complete some or all of the fit-out themselves. Choose from Flatpack Material Supply Only, Lockable Shell, Lined Only, or more advanced stages of completion tailored to your needs.
Lifestyle Range: 63 to 82sqm
Built using the same proven construction system as our Classic Range, these homes offer wider floorplans and additional living space while still allowing design flexibility and customisation. Sub70 Range: 27 to 70sqm
Designed using innovative Truss House™ Technology, these homes offer an efficient and cost-effective building solution. To maintain the integrity of the system, standard designs cannot be altered.
Habitat Range: 60 to 133sqm
A modular building system offering a range of modern home designs. Minor modifications may be possible; however, alterations are generally limited due to the modular construction method. Clever Living Range: 27 to 252sqm
We are proud partners of Clever Living (supplied by Bunnings Trade) for Northland, the West Coast, and the Pacific Islands. If you are located outside these regions, we can connect you with your local Clever Living representative. Alternatively, we can help design and build a unique home inspired by these plans and tailored specifically to your requirements, as standard Clever Living designs cannot be modified, although we do have a design and build option.
PreBuilt Homes for Sale
Looking for a quicker solution? We currently have a selection of completed homes available at reduced prices and ready for immediate purchase. These homes can save both time and money compared to a new build.
