Born and educated in Auckland NZ, Robbie still owns a construction company in NZ and decided to move back to the Islands for land ownership reasons.
Robbie has been constructing residential, and commercial buildings in the Cook islands since moving back in February 2000.
Background
New Zealand is qualified in residential and civil construction, Robbie has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry.
Robbie’s achievements include a top award, for recognition of outstanding achievement in the advancement of concrete practice in design, construction, rehabilitation, and research from the New Zealand Concrete Society conference in 2003 for the project, Britomart Interchange downtown Auckland.
Robbie has since and continues to introduce innovative building systems to the south pacific, including the Cook islands.
