Choose your option

  • Site Assessment and Feasibility Report so you can rest assured knowing potential costs from the outset
  • Flatpack Material Kitset Supply for your own builder to construct
  • Flatpack Material Kitset Supply built by one of our Construction Partners on your site
  • Flatpack Material Kitset Supply built by one of our Construction Partners on our yard and transported to site
02.

To commence

  • Confirmed plan and any modifications required
  • If you require help will council or site works we will need any site information you may already have on hand
  • Footprint will supply an written estimate and confirmation of your supplies.
03.

All good to go...

  • Our partners can submit your building consents or you can take care of any onsite council requirements on-yard builds come with a CCC
  • Once we have stamped building consent plans we are all go and can start your build.
  • Our construction partners can help with any items you do not want to project manage.
04.

Build underway

  • If building on our yard or your site you are welcome to book a visit or step by step photos will be provided.
  • If your builder is taking care of construction our expert support team are here for any advise or material information

Delivery or completion

  • As your project nears completion, we will coordinate a delivery date and arrange a walkthrough to ensure you are satisfied with your build. If transportation to your site is required, we can assist with coordination to secure it to your piles and services, depending on the package you have purchased.
  • You’re now ready to settle in and enjoy your tiny home!
